Moderate use of any exfoliating product, with a moderate amount of scrubbing, will help you immensely. Excess use of any product can actually damage your skin. Always know that whatever you do to your skin can have a beneficial or an adverse reaction to it.

The acne that you have can actually lower in intensity by doing a few things every day that makes it easier to manage. What people do to their skin on a daily basis can actually be a catalyst for acne forming. If you want to take care of your skin, using alcohol on it as a cleanser is a very bad idea. Any use of alcohol on your skin can cause it to have an adverse reaction. The use of alcohol on your skin will actually cause it to dry excessively. A person with acne will notice that their skin will become more oily causing the acne to get far worse than it is now. Essentially, anything that you do that makes your skin much more dry will cause this situation.
